Our clients are referred to us by service organizations and government agencies. We call them "Partner Organizations". A lot goes into transitioning people into more permanent housing so we cannot always have a lot of lead time before a client has the keys to their new home. As a result, we sometimes have to schedule client service hours (AKA "moves") with little notice. We also have 2 planned client service days a month. They are generally on the first Saturday after the 1st and the 15th of each month. We adjust those dates and the time of the day to accommodate weather and maximize the number of volunteers available to help.
